Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm
Contract: Full-time - Permanent
Salary: Up to $55,000, based on experience

You will be required to:
Manage daily activity within retailer transportation portals (Amazon Carrier/Vendor Central, SPS Commerce, etc.)
Create, update, and monitor shipments, ASNs, routing requests, and transportation bookings
Ensure compliance with retailer routing guides and shipping requirements
Communicate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve issues
Track delivery appointments and follow up on late or missing confirmations
Maintain accurate records of shipments, documents, and invoices
Assist with reporting, data entry, and general logistics administration

Previous experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Retail Operations is preferred
Experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Carrier Central, SPS Commerce, or similar portals (required or strong asset)
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other office software
