Job Responsibilities



As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

Logistics and Documentation Management



Prepare and manage shipping and customs clearance documents (e.g., customs declaration forms, invoices, and shipping manifests). Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods. Track and monitor shipments to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.

Cost and Inventory Management



Oversee import duties, allocate costs, and negotiate with customs clearance service providers. Reconcile logistics and warehousing expenses, ensuring all costs are within budget and accurately accounted for. Manage third-party warehouse and external storage inventory, including audits and reporting.

Courier and Freight Operations



Establish and maintain partnerships with courier and freight service providers. Support the negotiation and management of contracts, ensuring competitive rates and service quality. Handle claims and disputes with courier services promptly and effectively.

Process Optimization



Identify opportunities to streamline logistics processes and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between logistics and broader business goals.

Reporting and Analysis



Generate regular logistics reports for management, providing insights into performance metrics, expenses, and areas for improvement. Analyze data to support decision-making and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications



Education:

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience:

At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management; experience in eCommerce is an asset.

Skills:



Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin (?????)

Soft Skills:



A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to excellence.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
