About You:

You are experienced in Warehouse/Logistics Coordination with 2 plus years of experience looking for a new role in a rapidly growing company. You have a strong work ethic, are a problem solver, self motivated and you work well in a team or independently. You have a good level of understanding of Distribution and Warehousing procedures and concepts and the ability to apply them. You are a strong communicator both in your speaking and writing.

Position Summary:

Logistics Coordinator is responsible for scheduling all inbound and outbound trucks; maintaining the traffic flow in the yard to achieve optimal utilization within a high-performance environment.

Major Responsibilities

Logistics planning and support

Creation of all shipping documents

Ensures all RPA / ASNs are completed within the customer time frame

Follow up and resolve delivery issues, when required

Efficient and cost-effective scheduling of all inbound and outbound trucks

Communicates all inbound/outbound trucks with the warehouse team

Paperwork is completed accurately and timelines are met consistently

Experience and Educational Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' logistics/distribution experience in a warehouse environment. Supply Chain/Warehousing Post-Secondary Education, considered an asset Proficient in Microsoft Office ERP experience required Excellent communication skills

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
