Logistics Coordinator
Job Description
Black Fly Beverage Company is a fast-growing producer of spirit-based beverages with a manufacturing plant in London Ontario, sales teams and retail distribution throughout Canada. This position is at Black Fly's London Ontario head office and will be full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to candidates who are detail driven and are self-motivated perfectionists! This candidate will work directly with our Shipping/Receiving Team and Logistics Manager.
Candidates with previous accurate data entry and previous experience that require a strong attention to detail will be considered for this role.
Responsibilities
Arranging shipping and receiving schedules Data Entry/BOL's (preperation of shipment documents) Working with Production Planner and customers to make sure product is received and shipped on a timely manner Assisting with inventory counts and stock checks in the warehouse Coordinating with other departments to make sure all paperwork is thoroughly managed Other office admin tasks such as filing, etc Assist with monthly duties as required
Qualifications/Skills
College degree preferred Previous experience in a Logistics coordinator role
Extremely organized and detail oriented
Critical thinking and problem solving Ability to work independently Knowledge of Microsoft Office Previous experience with Microsoft Business Central an asset Strong verbal and written communication skillsCompensation/Benefits
