Job profile:
Coordinate with customers and drivers for efficient load deliveries.
Independently resolve customer issues and address drivers' queries.
Ensure timely closing of loads and conduct check calls for status updates.
Proactively identify and address delays in load pickup/delivery.
Answer calls, manage paperwork, and input data into the system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for streamlined operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in customer service, call center support, or client relations
At least 1 year of experience in similar role
Customer service-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Quick learner with adaptability.
Proficient in computer skills.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English; proficiency in Punjabi or Hindi is essential.
