What You'll Do:

This position is all about coordination, organization, and keeping our operations flowing efficiently. You'll be the go-to for managing shipments, tracking inventory, and ensuring that products and materials move seamlessly through the supply chain.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Logistics & Coordination:

Plan, schedule, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments Track inventory, update records, and resolve discrepancies Prepare and manage logistics documentation (bills of lading, shipping labels, purchase orders, transfer orders, etc.) Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries Identify and troubleshoot logistical issues as they arise Support warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth operations

Optimization & Reporting:

Monitor costs, shipping performance, and key logistics metrics Suggest improvements for efficiency, cost savings, and workflow optimization Coordinate transfers between branches or departments as needed

What You Bring to the Table:

1-3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Comfort using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP/logistics systems Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Team-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused attitude Bonus if you have experience in packaging, manufacturing, or B2B operations
