Job Description

Sharpe Farm Supplies is seeking an experienced Feed Logistics Coordinator to play a key role in supporting bulk feed operations. This position is ideal for a logistics or agriculture professional who enjoys ownership of day-to-day operations, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the process of customer feed orders across multiple feed mill locations Monitor inventory levels and support accurate forecasting and reordering Act as a point of contact for customers regarding feed requirements and scheduling Participate in the coordination swine feed orders and track hog movements in and out of facilities Support bulk feed drivers with delivery coordination and issue resolution Partner with Sales, Formulation, and Logistics teams to meet customer and operational needs Investigate feed-related concerns, identify root causes, and support resolution Provide cross-functional and backup support as required

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in logistics, agriculture, feed operations, supply chain, or customer service Strong communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; experience with inventory or ordering systems (e.g., BinSentry) is an asset Comfortable working independently with occasional remote flexibility
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $52,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
