About the Role:



The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring domestic and international shipments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulations. This role works closely with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers to coordinate logistics processes, and provide exceptional customer service. The Logistics Coordinator drives continuous improvement in logistics operations while maintaining safety, quality, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

:

Tracking domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and requirements.

Work closely with the shipping department to ensure timeliness of outgoing orders.

Update customers with delivery timelines and track packages.

Follow up with carriers to confirm successful delivery.

Maintain the shipping database for companywide transparency.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing shipment inquiries or concerns promptly.

Support and embody company values, policies, and culture.

Maintain company standards and conform to the requirements of the Quality Management System.

Perform other duties as required.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:



Training in transportation regulations, warehouse safety, or logistics systems preferred.

Proficiency with ERP/WMS or transportation management software is an asset.

Experience with 3PL considered an asset

1 - 2 years of logistics or transportation coordination experience.

Experience with domestic and international shipping, including customs, carriers, and freight forwarders, considered an asset.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and ability to identify process improvements.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.

Ability to foster a safe, team-oriented environment.
