Role Overview
As a
Logistics Coordinator
at Tecnet, you will play a critical role in supporting the efficiency of our operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery at our
Vancouver office
. This dynamic position involves coordinating logistics activities across shipping, receiving, quoting, warranty processing, and inventory management.
You'll serve as a key liaison between our internal teams and external partners, including vendors, couriers, and customers. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Schedule
This is a full-time permanent position with 8-hour shifts from Monday - Friday for a total of 40 hrs weekly.
What we Offer
Competitive Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00
per year. Salary commensurate with experience

What You'll Do
Frontline Support:
Assist walk-in depot customers, log service requests, and coordinate depot technician scheduling to ensure prompt service.
Shipping & Outbound Logistics:
Prepare shipments to vendors and ASCs--including warranty returns, DOA items, and stock replenishments--by creating shipping labels, packaging items, and updating logistics systems.
Receiving & Inbound Logistics:
Receive all incoming packages, verify contents, update inventory systems, and follow up on any missing or incorrect items with technicians and vendors.
Quoting & Pricing:
Communicate quotes to clients clearly and professionally, confirm warranty details, calculate pricing and shipping costs, and enter quotes into platforms like HSS and Maximo.
Warranty Coordination:
Validate warranty coverage, identify and confirm part numbers (FRUs), submit claims through manufacturer portals, and track progress through to resolution.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory by tagging, counting, and organizing stock items, updating inventory systems, and supporting monthly government and healthcare reporting.
ASC & Vendor Support:
Replenish redirected parts, assist Authorized Service Centres (ASCs) with general logistics needs, and help source compatible components.
Order Fulfillment:
Manage order queues (RMA, P1, Q1, replenishments), escalate backorders as needed, follow up on ETAs, and ensure timely order processing and system updates.
