About the Role

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will:

Build great connections by working closely with our Haulage and Land Application teams, clients, and internal departments to keep communication flowing and projects running smoothly. Keep projects on track by helping plan, organize, and document key details Coordinate and share updates, making sure teams, managers, and departments like Finance and HR have what they need. Spot and solve challenges flagging scheduling issues, process changes, or project concerns early, and help find solutions that keep everything moving forward. Be the go-to support handling key admin tasks, troubleshoot field or haulage team needs, and assist with safety training and record-keeping. Help plan and maintain quality to support resource planning and ensure projects meet our performance goals and client expectations.

About You

Demonstrated multitasking, organizational and time management skills; Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders; Positive attitude with a willingness to learn; Excellent organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and adapt to changes as needed; Ability to work independently and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment; Experience with e-Log systems an asset;
