for a client company to support day-to-day delivery scheduling, shipment documentation, exception handling, and customer communication. This role is ideal for someone organized, reliable, and proactive in a logistics or supply chain setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage delivery appointments to ensure smooth logistics operations
Complete loading, shipping, and order closure tasks as planned
Generate and manage POD (Proof of Delivery) documents; monitor shipment status and handle exceptions
Coordinate courier services (UPS/FEDEX/PUROLATOR) including order placement, tracking, and loading
Manage delivery issues and customer-specific requests to ensure successful fulfillment
Maintain effective communication with clients and follow up on any issues promptly
Take on additional responsibilities as required by business needs
Job Requirements:
College diploma or above
Fluent in both Mandarin and English
Experience in logistics or supply chain is preferred
Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
