We are currently seeking an

Entry-Level Logistics Coordinator

to support our Logistics Manager with daily logistics operations, freight coordination, and communication with suppliers and freight forwarders.

Job Duties / Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate freight shipments with global suppliers Track and trace all inbound and outbound shipments Work collaboratively with the operations and warehouse teams to resolve shipping issues Reduce logistics cost by comparing freight quotes and negotiating with freight forwarders Audit and review weekly freight invoices and approve for payment Perform other logistics or administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management

preferred

(entry level welcome) Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proficient with computer systems and software used for inventory/logistics management Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers Bilingual English & Chinese is preferred Education: University degree or equivalent required
