- Work with clients to determine their shipping needs and develop a comprehensive plan to meet those needs.
- Arrange transportation for goods by selecting the best carriers and routes, negotiating rates, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
- Track shipments to ensure that they are delivered on time and in good condition.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process, such as delays, damage to goods, or customs issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including those related to hazardous materials and international trade.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and related documents.
- Use system generate shipping documents and invoices after each shipment.
- Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to keep them informed of the status of their shipments.
- Speaking English and Chinese.
- Experience working in logistics or transportation, preferably in a freight forwarding role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
