We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Mississauga, Ontario. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth coordination of logistics operations within a manufacturing environment. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage shipping processes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Utilize ERP systems to maintain and update logistics data and inventory records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to streamline logistics operations.
• Handle customer service inquiries related to shipments and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for shipping and receiving activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to improve logistics workflows and resolve operational challenges.
• Use Microsoft Excel to analyze logistics data and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all logistics functions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements for greater efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and solutions.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with shipping functions and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with teams and external partners.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is an asset.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
