We manufacture and sell aluminum trim systems for lap siding, panel systems and aluminum composite materials (ACM), primarily in the United States and Canada. To support our fast growth, we are looking for a highly energetic, assertive, structured, intelligent logistics clerk to join our team!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages the shipment of products, materials, and supplies. Organize and manage the shipment of marketing materials, sales team kits and samples Collaborates and communicates with warehouse team, order desk representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment of products. Tracks, traces, and updates the status of outgoing shipments. Maintains a clean and tidy work area. Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude. Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving department.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

General Understanding of Ground /Air / Intermodal modes of shipment in North America USMCA/NAFTA knowledge Geographical Knowledge and understanding of zip codes in USA/ Canada Good written and verbal communication skills Strong sense of time organization and urgency Able to work independently and within a team Knowledge of ERP systems
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 1 year of shipping and receiving administrative experience North American Cross boarder shipping experience
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
