Our client, a leading organization in the transportation and logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Transportation Control Tower Specialist to join their team. As a Logistics Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Operations Department supporting network stability and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Etobicoke, ON
Pay Range: $28.65/hour
What's the Job?

  • Evaluate and stabilize discrepancies within the transportation network to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage mechanical issues and recovery plans.
  • Create detailed reports based on data collection to support decision-making processes.
  • Coach team members on best practices, tools, and tactics to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
What's Needed?
  • College degree in transportation, logistics, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Extensive experience in transportation network management, control room operations, or network security.
  • Proficiency in data preparation, diagnostics, trending, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across various levels of an organization.
