Job Description

Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week Education: College/CEGEP Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Tasks

Compile orders and instructions received from customers Develop specific plans to prioritize Organize tasks to accomplish the work Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization Track and complete work orders Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments Prepare and submit reports Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies Organize and maintain inventory Perform preventive maintenance Maintain internal record-keeping system Write, modify, integrate and test software code Communicate technical problems, processes and solutions Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements Recommend security systems Document reporting needs, queries, logic, results and recommendations to other information systems professionals
