Job Title: Logistics Analyst III
Location: Calgary or Edmonton
Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst III to join their team. As a Logistics Analyst III, you will be an essential part of the Asset Management Department supporting operational excellence and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will enable you to thrive within this dynamic organization.
:

  • Normalize and maintain the asset management database to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Review detailed data and reconcile audits with the asset management tool to support asset integrity.
  • Create, transfer, update, and manage inventory databases to optimize asset tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate logistics activities, including planning, directing, and overseeing asset-related processes.
  • Assist with hands-on auditing of projects to ensure compliance and operational standards are met.
Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications for data analysis and reporting.
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills to interpret complex information.
  • Knowledge of auditing capital assets and familiarity with systems and IT hardware components is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in logistics, asset management, or related fields.
