  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure all products and services meet superior performance expectations while achieving all contractual specifications.
Billing Analyst
  • Billing /scheduling / Issues / Railcar Fleet management
  • Manage Gov\xe2\x80\x99t Website for Manifest Creation for Hazardous Waste Manifest
  • Loaded Railcar Billing for all 4 yards; Upgrader/ Refinery/ Styrene/ Glycol
  • All empty/ shop / storage billing for all 4 yards
  • Submit Shop Dispo requests
  • Bill Refinery Heavy Reforma Trucks
  • Update Outbound, Repair and Demurage Reports
  • Manage any and all Railcar billing errors
  • Communicate with PTL\xe2\x80\x99s / Procor / CP / CN / Marketers/ Yardmaster Daily
  • Customer Priorities / Issues / Update
Railroad Communication
  • CP and CN Website tracking of Serving yards/Pipeline
  • CP and CN Daily phone calls updating Inbounds and yard management
  • Daily CP and CN Outbound Consist/paperwork and Yard check for Outbound Billing
  • Manage Diversions on CP website for cars
Yard Management
  • Update yard checks for all 4 yards for Bad orders / Repaired / Fleets /Shop/ Catalyst /Special Instructions
  • Yardmasters Back -up

  • Book Orientations for Sulphur Truck Drivers and Chemicals Truck Drivers
  • Focal for All Sulphur Marketers / Chemicals and Refinery Marketers
  • Site Technology Support
  • Focal for Sharepoint

QUALIFICATIONS The qualifications listed below represent the credentials necessary to perform the essential duties of this position.   • Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics or Business Analytics
  • Or a related field with 5 years of proven experience.
  • An associate degree may be adequate education for a candidate with many years of experience.
  • Proficiency in computer databases, statistic applications and logistics programs
  • Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, relational databases and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. Inventory planning, warehouse management)
  • Strong analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
  • Class I railway operations
Competencies
  • Strong quantitative skills.
  • Deep knowledge of logistics and production planning concepts is required along with excellent communication skills and an analytical mind with business acumen.
  • Mathematics: apply good math skills for calculating and conversion work.
