We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Logistics & Administrative Assistant
to support daily operations in shipping, receiving, and customer service. You will be instrumental in keeping our workspace organized, our inventory accurate, and our customers happy. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
Log inventory accurately into our system
Prepare, pick, and pack customer orders for shipping or in-store pickup
Monitor and process online orders and customer inquiries
Coordinate customer communication for payments and pickups
Maintain a clean and organized office, lab, and stockroom environment
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries
Restock shelves and ensure front-of-house presentation is tidy and inviting
Assist with administrative tasks and store housekeeping, including garbage and recycling duties
Act as a brand ambassador with a positive, helpful attitude
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to follow directions and work independently
Basic computer proficiency and comfort with email and order systems
Valid Class 5 Driver's License (asset, not mandatory)
Previous experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or retail is an asset
Passion for natural skincare and interest in wellness products is a plus

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
