We are currently looking for a
Logistical Support Analyst
to join our Ottawa-based team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the delivery and maintenance of the master data for the aircraft and fleet. Your work will help ensure every aircraft is equipped to launch when the call comes, because in SAR,
every second counts
.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze master data related to integrated logistics activities
Coordination of AirPro LSA related strategies, processes, and procedures. Ensure information remains updated to reflect changes.
Coordinate flow and accuracy of LSA Data through various contractor data management IT support systems (e.g., IDS, ASSET, LSMS, IETM), including reporting LSA deficiencies.
Coordinate with Customer Central Data Manager to ensure updated LSA Master Data is properly validated and provide to Customer repository (DRMIS).
Provide general LSA data expertise and support to Maintenance Program, Reliability and Maintainability, Configuration Management, and Technical Publications Support Systems.
Liaise with the OEM on obsolescence topics, participate in obsolescence meetings and decision boards on the OEM strategy.
Project management experience is considered an asset.
Eligible for Government of Canada security clearance.
Willingness to travel as needed across Canada or internationally.
Comfortable working in a hybrid model (min. 50% onsite in Ottawa).
Qualifications and skills
:
Completion of a bachelor's degree or diploma focused on engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
Experience in analyzing large quantities of data
A strong level of operational knowledge in MS Excel & MS Access, use of relatable databases
Experience in an Aerospace environment is considered an asset
Understanding of Logistic Support Analysis is preferred
Knowledge of aircraft maintenance practices is considered an asset
Experience or knowledge of the Canadian (Department of National Defence - DND) Technical Airworthiness Manual (TAM) and DRMIS is considered an asset
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
