Emile Corp is a fast-growing parcel delivery company. We are looking for a
Driver Manager
to oversee daily driver operations. If you enjoy solving problems, organizing teams, and working in a supportive environment, this role is for you!Job Type:
Full-Time, PermanentSalary:
$20/hour (1 month probation)Shift Schedule:
Evening (6:00 pm - 12:00 am; Peak season till 2-3 am)Responsibilities
Assign and manage delivery routes for drivers Track and follow up on problem orders or delays Support drivers by answering questions and resolving delivery issues Handle returned packages and ensure smooth daily workflow Keep accurate records of driver performance Cost control of the assigned area
Qualifications
Languages:
Fluent in English and Mandarin (required)Education/Experience:
At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in the Warehousing / Dispatch fieldSkills:
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Basic computer skills Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
Other Requirements:
Mandarin Speaking is a must Valid driver's license & personal vehicle Able to lift up to 25 lbs when necessary Available 5 days/week for
evening (6:00 pm - 2:00 am)
