Position Purpose- The Lodge Staff position is a guest-facing position that includes a variety of responsibilities embodying the Eleven standard while guests are in-house.
- The position will support and assist in executing the guest daily logistics at Eleven Revelstoke Lodge, including breakfast and apres service.
- Execute once in a lifetime experiences for guests visiting the Eleven Revelstoke Lodge by exceeding their expectations to the best of your ability to create the ?best day ever? for guests.
- Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:
- Greet and interact with guests throughout the hotel.
- Serve a la carte breakfast
- set up breakfast buffet
- take orders
- serve food and drinks
- clear tables
- refill buffet etc.
- Work with the rest of the hospitality team, where needed, to prepare property for guest return and/or arrival.
- Re-stock and inventory mini bars, bath amenities, and common areas.
- Serve apres - be creative with the apres set-ups and work hand-in-hand with the Experience Manager and the kitchen team to create fun and interactive apres experiences in different settings and with different themes.

- arrange timing for food service with the kitchen
- occasionally serve and/or arrange drinks for guests from the bar at the Quartermaster Eatery
- Perform turndown service
- light housekeeping
- resetting of the room for return of the guest after dinner
- vibe creation
- Provide transportation for guests when needed.
- Clean and detail company vehicles.
- Collaborate with Guide Team and restaurant teams.
- Assist with general errands (i.e., grocery shopping, special guest requests, etc.).
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
Qualifications- CPR/First Aid Certified.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in hospitality/guest-facing environments
- Previous serving experience preferred
Special Position Requirements- Driver?s license and ability to be insured to transport guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed.

- Knowledge of the Kootenay area.
- Works well with a team with diverse personalities.

- Previous food & beverage experience.
- Good communication skills.
Work Requirements- Must be able to lift 23+ kg.
