Summary

We are seeking a skilled Servers to join our dynamic team at Northern Escape Heli skiing, located in Terrace BC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our guests' dining experience, contributing to our commitment to exceptional service and adventure.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring quality presentation. Assist with food preparation and maintain cleanliness of dining areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Uphold food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations. Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Server or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong customer service skills with a passion for providing exceptional experiences. Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and food safety practices. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality. Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
