Join us as our Lodge Manager and lead the people and operations management at Carveth Retirement Lodge, a 36-bed retirement home in the heart of Gananoque.
Using your strong relationships and operational excellence, you will leverage your team leadership skills to engage managers and employees in providing a high standard of service and value to residents.

In this role, you will need:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in an upper management role with a hands-on approach in a health care setting. Experience in long-term care and/or retirement homes preferred. Current certification of competence as a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario. Very strong communication skills and the ability to interact with residents, families, community professionals and various outside partners. Excellent time management skills and HR experience. Ensure legislative and regulatory compliance. Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrated decision-making, problem solving, and budget management skills. Co-ordinating the effectiveness of all operational activities of the residence. Responsible for development, implementation, and evaluation of our nursing program and services to ensure the best resident care.
