Civeo Canada is seeking a Lodge Manager, reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will oversee and manage the day-to-day lodge operations. This position will be on a rotation basis 15 days on / 13 days off as required by the business.
Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve profit targets.
  • Create sales strategies and targets.
  • Participate in monthly forecasting.
  • Record and monitor contractual KPIs.
  • Maintain quality assurance and control of all lodge operations.
  • Ensure productivity goals are met.
  • Establish performance standards and expectations.
  • Oversee the recruitment, mentorship and development of direct reports.
  • Develop and maintain superior customer relations.
  • Respond to issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal and Provincial licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
  • Lead and develop a safety culture.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in hotel and food services management.
  • Class 5 Operator's License, with a 5- year driving record satisfactory to Civeo's driving criteria.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills.
  • Experience in managing a unionized work force.
  • Knowledge of remote lodge operations is an asset.
  • Self- motivated in managing a facility thru initiative and innovation to achieve results in a safe and profitable manner.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in all interaction with clients, guests and staff
  • Conflict resolutions skills.
  • Aptitude to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and motivate staff to achieve challenging goals.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to solve problems logically, and make decisions in unique situations.
  • Must be abele to pass a pre-access Drug & Alcohol test.
