Job Description The role of our Hospitality Assistants is to create an enthusiastic, friendly and welcoming experience for our guests while providing five-star service in all departments. This position starts June 1st and runs until mid- September 2024. Responsibilities and Duties
As a member of our team, you will:

• Maintain Ena Lake Lodge core values in all aspects of ELLFC program
• Welcoming and assisting guests upon arrival and departure.
• Cleaning and maintaining guest cabins and lodge suites.
• Serving meals and beverages in the dining room and outdoor areas.
• Assisting with guest activities and events ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
• Ensuring guest safety and comfort at all times.
• Work as a team to provide a high-quality service.
• Assist the Chef with kitchen duties as assigned.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and proper use of equipment.
• Participate in Ena Team Tip Pool initiative that treats all team members equally.

Qualifications and Skills

• Hardworking, positive and friendly personality with a professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry:
  • Bartending
  • Server
  • Housekeeping
  • Host/Hostess
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a Team.
• Prior work experience at a fishing lodge or in a remote location is considered an asset.

The following Certifications are required (we can assist the right candidate in obtaining):

• SIR \xe2\x80\x93 Saskatchewan Serve It Right
• Safe Food Handling
• WHMIS
• First Aid/CPR

Working Conditions

• This position is in a remote location in Northern Saskatchewan, this type of work is challenging and Successful team members are naturally motivated by a passion for service and creating memorable experiences with our guests.
• Able to lift, carry up to 20 pounds on an occasional basis.
• Manual dexterity to do job specific tasks on a constant basis.
