Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Locksmith to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lock installation, repair, and maintenance, as well as the ability to provide excellent customer service. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and efficiently to solve a variety of locking mechanism issues for residential and commercial clients.

Duties

Install, repair, and maintain various types of locks, including deadbolts, padlocks, and electronic locking systems. Respond to emergency lockout situations promptly and professionally. Assess security needs for clients and recommend appropriate locking solutions. Provide key cutting services and duplicate keys as needed. Maintain accurate records of services performed and inventory used. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in locksmith technology.

Skills

Proficiency in locksmithing techniques and tools. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Attention to detail and precision in work execution. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good physical stamina for performing tasks that may require lifting or standing for extended periods. Familiarity with electronic locking systems is a plus.
