As a Locksmith at Ability Lock & Safe Ltd., you will be responsible for providing high-quality locksmith services to our clients, including installation, repair, and maintenance of locks. You will work on residential and commercial properties, ensuring that customers' needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and replace locks, deadbolts, and other locking mechanisms. Duplicate keys, create master key systems, and rekey locks as needed. Provide emergency lockout services for residential and commercial clients. Evaluate customer security needs and offer recommendations for security improvements. Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer information. Ensure all work is compliant with safety regulations and industry standards. Stay current on the latest trends and technologies in the locksmithing industry. On-call/Afterhours duties

Qualifications:

Minimum 25 years old or older. Proven experience as a locksmith (minimum 2 years + preferred, but not a deal breaker). Willing to train successful candidate. Strong knowledge of locks, keys, and door hardware. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Locksmith certification (preferred but not required). Ability to pass a police background checks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with electronic locks and access control systems.
