Location Supervisor/Manager

Ambient Health Services is a local, family-owned business with a long-standing reputation for providing exceptional patient care. We are currently seeking a full-time Location Supervisor/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is organized, has the ability to multitask, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Applicant MUST be a certified PSW, at minimum. Successful candidate will be able to work shift work, supervise a team of 10 or more, be comfortable working in an Adult Residential Facility.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

Monday - Friday (some weekends) with on-call coverage (extra shifts available)

Pay:

Based on experience competitive pay structure with benefits package

Qualifications:

Must be a certified Personal Support Worker or equivalent. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work in a stressful environment with high stress levels. Must be able to pass a Social Development and Criminal & Vulnerable Sector background checks.
