We're seeking a Localization Manager II who will be fully embedded in our Retail vertical-responsible for both product and Help Center content in all supported languages for that vertical.
You'll act as a key bridge between technical and content-focused stakeholders, working with designers, product managers, technical writers, developers, and external linguists. You'll manage end-to-end localization-from UI strings to Help Center articles-ensuring a consistent, high-quality multilingual experience for our customers.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape Lightspeed's global voice, while developing localization strategies that scale efficiently and delight our users across regions.
