Local Straight Truck Driver
Job Description
Crosspoint Cartage (the dedicated AB & BC carrier for Action Force Transport) is currently looking for a full-time Straight Truck driver to assist us in servicing the Calgary area.
Duties Include:
Local pick ups and deliveries in the Calgary and surrounding areas.
Professionally and cordially representing the company to Shippers & Receivers.
Handling paperwork related to the shipments picked up.
Handling temperature controlled freight.
Requirements:
Clean Driver's Abstract*
No Criminal Record*
Must possess a valid Class 3 or Class 1 commercial driver's license
Must have Straight Truck, Tailgate experience.
Must possess minimum 3 year of verifiable driving experience.
Efficiency and safety a top priority.
Maintaining logs/ Inspections as required by law.
Others:
Good maintenance of company equipment.
Comfortable work culture.
