specializing in

Local SEO

and Google Business Profile optimization for service-based businesses.

We are NOT a startup.

We have:

real systems real SOPs client-facing Account Managers Project Managers and your own Virtual Assistant to help with execution
You will NOT be doing client calls or tedious SEO tasks.

Your job is to

drive results

for local business clients.

Compensation Structure

Quarterly Bonus: $50 per retained Local SEO client

Example: 30 retained clients =

$1,500 quarterly bonus

($6,000/year)

As your client portfolio grows (25 ? 35 ? 45 clients) and you retain them, your base salary increases up to

$60,000+

. This allows a sustainable salary growth within the agency.

Dedicated Local SEO VA Provided

Your VA handles:

Local citations GBP posting (weekly updates) Photo uploads Basic on-page updates Content uploads Internal linking checklists Rank checks SEO maintenance tasks

Team Growth as Your Client Load Grows

Your Support System

Client-Facing Account Manager

No client calls. No back-and-forth emails.

Account Manager handles all communication.

Project Manager

Keeps tasks organized, assigns deliverables, ensures smooth workflow.

Your Dedicated VA

Executes the repetitive tasks so YOU stay focused on strategy and results.

Your Role: Local SEO Specialist

You will lead strategy for local service-based business clients in Canada, US and UK.

Your responsibilities include:

Local SEO Strategy

Keyword & location mapping Optimizing GBP categories, services, products Local content planning Competitor & proximity analysis NAP consistency

Technical & On-Page Local SEO

On-page optimization for service pages Local schema setup Internal linking strategies Address/service-area optimization Audit and fix indexing issues

Performance Oversight

Reviewing VA work Ensuring accuracy across all local signals Updating Project Manager with priorities

Reporting Support

Monthly insights and SEO summaries for the Account Manager Highlighting wins, drops, opportunities

What You WILL NOT Do

You will NOT:

handle client calls do citations manually write blog content upload or format content (VA does it) post to GBP weekly chase clients for assets do admin or task management
You are focused on

Local SEO strategy, technical execution, and results

Ideal Candidate

Must Have:

4+ years in Local SEO Strong Google Business Profile experience Understanding of NAP, citations, and proximity ranking Experience with GBP categories, services, products Ability to work EST hours (8am-4pm) or (9am-5pm) Organized, detail-oriented, reliable

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with entity SEO Familiarity with service-area businesses Screaming Frog / Ahrefs / SEMrush experience WordPress Knowledge
