Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Operational Manager to oversee daily parcel delivery business operations, optimize processes, and lead cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has experience in dealing with and cooperate with larger logistic companies like UPS, Fedex and negotiate with Amazon,Etsy, Costco or Best Buy to help them on extended delivery service.will ensure operational efficiency, support company growth, and maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader to drive operational excellence within a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity Monitor daily operations across departments to ensure adherence to company standards and objectives Lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve performance targets and foster a positive work environment Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Coordinate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to align operational strategies with overall business goals Manage resource allocation, including staffing, equipment, and inventory, to meet operational demands Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies Prepare reports on operational performance for senior management and recommend strategic initiatives

Skills

Proven experience in operations management or leadership roles within a similar industry Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and collaborate across departments Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) Ability to problem-solve quickly and make informed decisions under pressure Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and safety standards is preferred Experience with E-commerce and dealing with local courier are assets.
