Company Introduction: T&T Supermarket Inc. was founded in 1993 with two stores in BC. Since then, it has expanded rapidly and is now Canada\xe2\x80\x99s largest Asian supermarket chain with 31 stores across the country: 13 in BC, 7 in Alberta, 10 in Ontario, and 1 in Quebec. The Company\xe2\x80\x99s continuous expansion is going to bring more new stores in the next couple of years. The Role: Reporting to Store Administrator, the Local Communication Supervisor is mainly responsible to manage all related tasks on social media channels, manage and ensure smooth daily operation of store\xe2\x80\x99s online platforms. Moreover, you will perform other tasks to support daily operation of the store.
Major Responsibilities: Responsible to daily social media channel updates, including content creation and image-making; responding to customer inquiries and complaints
Collaborate with store departments to promote products and store special offers
Prepare and edit contents, images, and video sources in accordance with department requirements
Represent and brand store on various social media channels. Provide excellent in-store customer services including product introductions and social media promotions to increase customers\xe2\x80\x99 online experience and overall user rate
Assign working schedules for customer service team to effectively maintain social media channels
Conduct data analysis on different social media channels regularly to reach KPI requirements and amendments
Participate in SC/ESC office required meetings to update work progress and communicate across departments to learn and share information
Organize meetings with the customer service team for training and communicating purposes
Participate and execute the product Demo activities
Other Responsibilities:
Support other store operation tasks during peak hours and seasons.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements: Flexible to work in shifts, including day shifts, night shifts on weekdays, weekends and statutory holidays; Able to stand a long time to work
Great social media experience of using Wechat, Facebook channels, etc. and familiar with its rules and regulations. Passion about new media channel development
Willing to learn and develop within the retail industry. Love to share live moments with friends and family members
Proficient language and communication skill, bilingual in English and Chinese (Cantonese &/ or Mandarin) is required
Capable of learning and making use of up-to-date internet dynamics
Great knowledge of using image and video editing tools such as Meitu Show, Jianying, etc.
Hold a college diploma or higher academic degree and having proactive working attitudes and great team spirit
Outstanding customer service experience and skills is an asset
Experience with media editing or retail operation is strongly preferred
