Responsibilities
Introduce our new IT solutions to small business owners (restaurants, salons, clinics, trades, etc.)
Attend local networking events, Chamber, or BNI meetings
Share demo links, book intro calls, and pass warm leads to our IT team
Help organize community demos or small group presentations
Follow up with referred leads (we handle onboarding and support)
Everyday documenting sales calls, meetings and outcomes
Experience
Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within a small business world
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs analysis
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport quickly and establish long-term relationships
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
No degree required but strong local connections with small businesses is an asset
