Job Description


The LoanIQ SME, Release and Implementation manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to drive applications systems analysis and programming activities.

The selected candidate will be part of the Global Wholesale Lending and Banking Technology - Site Reliability Engineering team: This team helps to drive the end-to-end deliverables to ensure a stable, efficient, observable, and resilient technology environment.

Responsibilities:

LoanIQ Product Technical knowledge: This associate is expected to have hands on experience with LoanIQ and perform the following indicative duties ( these are indicative responsibilities and will change as per project and company requirements)

Release Implementation for LoanIQ Core Components

Co-ordinate with multiple parties like, Finastra product vendor, Implementation Partner, Partner systems, Citi Technology Infrastructure team for the release implementation.

Optimize and manage process for product upgrades and deployment in each environments.

Perform (hands-on) the upgrades.

Follow the CI/CD Process and setup additional component as required.

Develops detailed IT work plans, schedules; project estimates, resource plans and status reports.

Interfaces with senior project staff and client senior management teams regarding status of projects.

Recommends and oversees process improvements.

Has considerable business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes and industry standards.

Provides expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of IT project leadership.

Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others (i.e., architecture or infrastructure) collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.

Directly impacts the business by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel or provided services.

Acts as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts

Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.

Persuades and influences others through and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills.

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm\'s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

UAT/SIT/DEV Support :

  • Ensure prompt resolution of issues any LoanIQ Product user issues.
  • Support multiple end of days processing in non-production environment during testing.
  • Address any issues related to LoanIQ environment setup
  • Manage the setup of Autosys for end of day processing
  • Knowledge of PL/SQL
  • Working knowledge of Java
  • Knowledge of working with Windows servers
  • Ensure proper status reporting to senior management
  • Timely escalations for any Risks. Develop and drive mitigation plans
Qualifications:
  • 11+ years experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in Loans Domain
  • LoanIQ Product knowledge is mandatory
  • Stakeholder and people management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Proven project management skills
  • Basic knowledge of industry practices and standards
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Education:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred
