Position: Loan Underwriter/Credit Analysis
Location: Ottawa

Quantum Management is seeking a Loan Underwriter for our Ottawa-based customer in the Finance industry. The successful candidate will be analytical, tech savvy and be eager to join a team of young professionals.

Qualifications:

- 1 to 3 years of credit analysis/loan underwriter experience preferred
- Fast learner, flexible and able to prioritize
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft programs
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as a team
- High level of organization skills with attention to detail
- Self starter

Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze loan applicant\'s financial data to evaluate risk
- Deliver quality analysis in a timely manner to approve or decline loans
- Work as a team to meet the performance objectives for efficient service
- Be flexible to work with managers on high priority tasks
- Manage collection payments
- Update customer information as requested, through the company\'s database
