Expected start date: 2023-04-17
- Be there from the beginning to the end of the loan process.
- Conduct due diligence investigations for prospective transactions, including KYC, analyzing loan related information and financial statements;
- Interpret findings, prepare and deliver written and oral credit presentations and various reports for approval and facilitate the approval process;
- Prepare credit-facility-related closings;
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, summaries and monitor the financial position of established accounts and bring irregularities to management;
- Maintain documentation files and monitor compliance with terms of loan/accounts;
- Conduct loan account operations;
- Ensure loan operation and process in compliance with organizational policies & procedures and applicable authoritative guidelines;
- Resolve customer/branch inquiries, concerns/complaints; and
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Post-secondary education with diploma/degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
- Working experience with the loan department of a financial institution and with knowledge of commercial lending concepts, practices and procedures of credit analysis preferred;
- Ability to interpret financial statements (audited, operating, budgets and projections);
- Interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills;
- Fluency in English and Chinese speaking and writing;
- Computer skills, e.g. Email and Microsoft Office;
- Multi-tasking and organizational skills; and
- A team player.
