What is the opportunity?

As a Loan Associate you will build new customer relationships and further strengthen customer loyalty that has spanned generations. You assist your customers with on-the-spot loans, the purchase of items, and help customers manage outstanding loans. You will work with a team of experts that support you to evaluate jewellery, electronics, instruments and a variety of other goods to provide collateral loans.

What will you do?

Provide legendary customer service when processing cash loans and the purchase of goods Cultivate a team environment to support department goals and a customer first approach Use McTamney's resources and tools to assess the value of a variety of goods Process loan contracts and educate customers to be smart borrowers Continuously learn and develop new skills to support customer and business needs

What do you need to succeed?

2+ years experience in a customer service role 1+ years of experience in the jewellery or financial industry preferred Detail oriented Professional proficiency in basic computer applications Ability to efficiently source online product market values Able to lift up to 50 IBS

Nice to have

Knowledge in jewellery, watches, instruments or electronics Fluent in a second language

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
