Now Hiring: Loader Operator - Soil Production Team

Location:

Hamilton, Ontario.

Pay:

$24.00-$26.00/hour (based on experience).

About the Role:

We're looking for a

Loader Operator

to support our onsite

soil production plant

. This role has the opportunity for

continued work through the winter

supporting our snow operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assist in producing custom soil blends and managing soil inventory. Operate loaders and other heavy equipment to maintain steady material flow. Monitor and manage inventory of blending materials. Help with routine equipment checks and minor vehicle maintenance. Support other yard and site operations as needed.

What You Bring:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract. Skilled at operating loaders, bulldozers, and excavators. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Able to work weekends as required. Safety-conscious, reliable, and a team player.
