What You'll Be DoingOperate a front-end loader to transport materials safely and efficiently Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Load customer trucks and feed plant operations as required Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

What Are We Looking ForDemonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively Strong awareness of safety practices in an industrial setting Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed
