What You'll Do:

Safely operate and maintain Komatsu 600 and 420 loaders, ensuring top-notch performance and productivity. Participate in our Goal Zero safety program and continuously improve safety practices. Manage and organize material stockpiles, load/unload materials with precision, and ensure smooth operations. Conduct regular inspections and minor maintenance on equipment, contributing to a well-maintained work environment. Train and support less experienced team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and knowledge-sharing.

What We're Looking For:

2-3 years of experience operating heavy mobile equipment, particularly Komatsu loaders. A high school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's License. Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of safety precautions in heavy equipment operations. Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team. A commitment to environmental and safety regulations.
