Job Description
Municipal Construction Limited specializes in asphalt production, paving, aggregate production, road building and rehabilitation.
We are currently hiring a Loader Operator. This is a seasonal position. Wages start at $26.00 per hour.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Operating and maintaining CAT 980 & 988 loader to load trucks with aggregate. Inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining equipment Assisting with operation of the asphalt plant and maintenance on various equipment Setting up and tearing down equipment at the job site Identifying any issues or hazards on the job site and reporting them to the supervisor
Skills and Qualifications
:Be a self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task during high volume times. Be able to work with little supervision. Good verbal and oral communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Good organizational skills and the ability to pay attention to detail.
Work Environment
Frequent noise exposure. Frequent standing, bending, walking, and climbing
