Loader Operator needed for 2025-2026 Snow Removal Season

Blue Grass Sod Farms Ltd. is seeking an experienced Loader Operator for the current snow removal season to join our team!

Looking for reliable, motivated, hard worker who is safety orientated. Work to take place mostly at night time.

Remove snow using operating snow removal equipment such as skid steer or loader with push blades and/or buckets

Inspect equipment prior to starting work Work long shifts during heavy snowfall Able to complete work efficiently while adhering to Blue Grass' safety policies & procedures Self-starter, works well in a solo setting. Strong ability to work efficiently with little to no supervision Possess good time management skills, take pride in your work

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Property maintenance experience and or construction Excellent customer service skills Physically fit, able to lift 50lbs and enjoy working outdoors Have a valid class 5 driver's license, clean drivers abstract and reliable transportation to site First aid is an asset Skid steer/ Loader experience Safety orientated in a fast-paced environment Highly motivated, self-starter Good communication skills Willing to do labour work as required Mechanically inclined Must Have a Positive Attitude *

Experience:

Snow Plowing: 1 year (Preferred)

License:

Driver's License - Class 5 or better (Preferred)
