team member to join our crew. This role is responsible for operating heavy equipment, primarily loaders, to move materials efficiently while providing critical support to frac operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment operation, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced oilfield environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate loaders to move sand, gravel, and other materials in a safe and efficient manner.
Assist in staging and loading frac sand, chemicals, and other necessary supplies for well-site operations.
Perform routine maintenance and pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Follow all company and industry safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Work closely with drivers, dispatch, and field personnel to ensure smooth logistics and material handling.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the safe storage of tools and equipment.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress, safety concerns, and equipment needs.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license.
Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug and alcohol test.
First Aid certification.
H2S Alive certification.
Common Safety Orientation (CSO) certification.
Experience operating loaders and other heavy equipment in an oilfield or industrial setting.
Knowledge of frac operations, sand handling, and fluid transfer processes is a plus.
Ability to work long shifts in outdoor and potentially extreme conditions.
Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
CDL (Commercial Driver's License) is required.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor as needed.
