Job Summary

:
We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team at an aggregate crushing company. The Loader Operator will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load, move, and transport materials in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating loaders and a strong understanding of aggregate production processes.

Key Responsibilities

:
- Operate front-end loaders and other heavy machinery to load materials such as sand, gravel, and crushed stone.
- Ensure proper loading techniques to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Assist in maintaining and performing routine maintenance on equipment as needed.

Qualifications

:

- Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery, specifically front-end loaders.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.

Physical Requirements

:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
- Willingness to work long hours and overtime as needed.

Willingness to travel for work

Night shift and/or day shift required
