Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join our winter snow removal team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating a loader. Either a 938 or 924. Duties
Operate loaders, potentially other small machines for snow removal Safely maneuver front loader trucks across the site. Conduct routine inspections of equipment before and after using Coordinate with site supervisors to prioritize loading tasks Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries on-site. Perform minor maintenance checks on machinery or report issues promptly for repairs.
Requirements
Proven 4+ years experience operating heavy equipment such as loaders Mechanical knowledge sufficient to perform routine inspections and minor maintenance on equipment. Strong understanding of safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation in a construction environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 44 per week
Work Location: In person
