Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Loader to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient loading of products, contributing to the overall success of our distribution operations and dispatch communications. This position requires a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee the forklift driver at the bonded warehouse to load cargos and count the quantity of them, make good communication with dispatch team. Can use pallet pump truck to move or load cargos. Perform order picking tasks accurately to fulfill shipping requirements. Maintain an organized work area. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues. Collaborate with team members to meet daily delivery goals while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Have good communication with drivers and have ability to conduct dispatch drivers according to the shipments.

Part-Time Night Shift Hours Requirement:

Saturday and Sunday night shift, generally start from 4-5pm to 3-4am in the morning. Friday night shift will depends on the shipments volume, may need to come on call.

Experience

Previous experience in warehouse distribution or similar environments is preferred. Fast learner and Quick thinker, will be a strong plus! Familiarity with mechanical operations and maintenance of warehouse equipment is a plus. Experience operating forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, or other heavy machinery is highly desirable. Knowledge of order picking processes and shipping & receiving protocols will be beneficial.
