Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: The role is focused on developing plugins/addons for our Learning Management System (LMS). The role will play a crucial role in enhancing the features and functionality of our new Totara/Moodle-based LMS, by leveraging your expertise in computer programming languages and web technologies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consultation
- Collaborate with the SE Learning team and internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions through LMS plugins, CSS modifications, or theme enhancements.
- Collaborate with the development team to define and execute additional LMS projects as directed by the Director of SE Learning.
- Work closely with stakeholders, such as trainers, editing trainers, and the SE Learning team, to understand their needs and translate them into functional LMS features.
- Contribute to the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies with the LMS, leveraging machine learning algorithms to personalize learning experiences and improve content recommendations.
